摘要 通过分析304热轧不锈钢卷在未退火状态下的性能,并与热轧退火状态下的材料进行对比,研究其冷轧的可行性,得出304热轧不锈钢卷在未退火状态下可以在森基米尔二十辊轧机上进行冷轧,但轧制抗力比退火料大,冷轧固溶退火后材料的晶粒更细。 The performance of 304 hot rolled stainless steel coil without annealing was analyzed.Compared with the materials in hot rolling annealing state,the feasibility of cold rolling is studied.It is concluded that 304 hot rolled stainless steel coils can be cold rolled on senkimir 20-high mill without annealing,however,the rolling resistance is greater than the annealing material,the grain size of the material is finer after cold rolling solution annealing.
