摘要
介绍了Φ22 mm规格MG500级锚杆用热轧带肋钢筋的研发过程,按照YB/T 4364-2014《锚杆用热轧带肋钢筋》标准要求,结合高强度螺纹钢筋生产经验,合理设计化学成分,制定了冶炼、轧制工艺标准要求,成功研发出MG500级Φ22 mm锚杆用热轧带肋钢筋,钢筋尺寸精确、性能良好,抗拉强度高,得到了用户的高度肯定。
This paper introduces the research and development process ofΦ22 mm MG500 grade hot rolled ribbed bar for anchor rod.According to the requirements of YB/T 4364-2014 Hot Rolled Ribbed Bar for Anchor Rod,combined with the production experience of high-strength rebar,the chemical composition is reasonably designed,the smelting and rolling process standard requirements are formulated,and MG500 gradeΦ22 mm hot-rolled ribbed bar for anchor rod has been successfully developed.The size of the steel bar is accurate,the performance is good,and the tensile strength is high,which is highly affirmed by users.
