摘要 分析了酸连轧动态变规格的控制原理和控制理论,并通过修改变规格过程中加减速的控制方法和调整变规格过程中各模型参数的设定方法,给出了有效的动态变规格策略。实践证明,该控制策略实现了焊缝的稳定通过率,有效降低了带头带尾厚度超差长度,进而提高了酸连轧轧制的成材率。 In this paper,the control principle and control theory of dynamic variable specification of acid continuous rolling are analyzed,and an effective dynamic variable specification strategy is given by modifying the control method of adding and decelerating in the process of variable specification and the setting method of each model parameter in the process of adjusting the process of variable specification.The practice shows that the control strategy can realize the stable pass rate of weld seam,effectively reduce the out-of-tolerance length of the thickness of the lead strip tail,and improve the yield of acid continuous rolling.
