摘要
以45号圆钢为例,采用系统取样、综合分析等方法分析了冶炼过程中各工序(氩站、LF精炼和浇注过程)钢液中酸溶铝的变化规律,探索影响铝吸收率的关键环节,并提出有针对性的工艺改进措施。
This paper takes 45#round steel as an example.By means of systematic sampling and comprehensive analysis,the variation law of acid soluble aluminum in molten steel in each process(argon station,LF refining and pouring process)in the smelting process is analyzed,and the key links affecting the aluminum absorption rate are explored,and the corresponding process improvement measures are proposed.
