摘要
对芜湖新兴1号高炉提高煤比生产实践进行了总结。芜湖新兴1号高炉中修开炉后,通过采用精料入炉,减少入炉含粉,优化布料制度、采用大矿批和高顶压操作,提高风温和富氧率,改进喷煤系统,增加脱湿鼓风等措施,高炉煤比达到156 kg/t,焦比降至327 kg/t,做到长期高产稳定顺行。
The production practice of increasing coal ratio in Wuhu Xinxing No.1 BF is summarized.After the medium repair and blow in of Wuhu Xinxing No.1 blast furnace,the measures such as adopting fine material into the furnace,reducing the powder content in the furnace,optimizing the distribution system,adopting large ore batch and high top pressure operation,improving the air temperature and oxygen enrichment rate,upgrading the coal injection system and increasing the dehumidification blast,etc,the coal ratio reaches 156 kg/t,and the coke ratio decreases to 327 kg/t,so as to achieve long-term high-yield,stable and smooth operation.
