摘要
利用频谱分析指导烧结脱硫脱硝增压风机振动故障排除,通过对风机的对中、动平衡、轴承座、地脚螺栓、叶轮装配、叶轮间隙等全方位进行检查,发现叶轮装配尺寸错误造成风机振动,利用激光熔覆对轴进行修复,使风机恢复正常运行。
Frequency spectrum analysis is used to guide the vibration troubleshooting of booster fan for sintering desulfurization and denitrification.Through the comprehensive inspection of fan alignment,dynamic balance,bearing seat,anchor bolt,impeller assembly and impeller clearance,it is found that the fan vibration is caused by the wrong impeller assembly size,and the shaft is repaired by laser cladding to make the fan return to normal operation.
