主要介绍了我厂在现有工艺装备条件下,生产拉丝用Q195钢,通过优化其成分设计、优化其过程控制、严格其工艺监督,使其取得了明显的效果,可满足拉拔不同规格的产品,且断丝率较低。

This paper mainly introduces the Q195 steel for wire drawing produced by our factory under the existing process equipment conditions.Through optimizing composition design,optimizing process control and strict process supervision,obvious effects have been achieved.Through users’use,products of different specifications can be drawn with relatively low wire breakage rate.
