Through the use of Daltofoam ME 24209 polyol mixture,Superasec 2175 isocyanate by Huntsman Polyurethane Company,and VORACOR SH Rigid Experimental Polyol hydroxy compound,VORACOR PAPI 135 C isocyanateby Dow Polyurethane company,in the process of experiment and production,it is summed up the production scheme of the product in B1 class combustion supporting polyurethane prefabricated insulation pipe.The product can be used in outdoor overhead laying,trench laying,comprehensive pipe gallery laying insulation pipeline,expanding the application field of our company’s prefabricated overhead insulation pipe products.
