香港院舍安老设施的现状空间分布及可达性研究

Research on the Current Spatial Distribution and Accessibility of Residential Eldercare Facilities in Hong Kong

香港逐步建立起完善的安老服务体系以应对日益严峻的老龄化问题,虽然现状院舍安老设施的建设已具备一定规模,但其空间布局是否满足老年人群需求以及可达性是否合理仍有待分析。文章利用核密度法和服务覆盖率分析香港院舍安老设施的现状空间分布状态,同时运用两步移动搜索法计算设施的空间可达性,并提出相应的规划布局优化建议。

Hong Kong has gradually established a comprehensive elderly service system to cope with the increasingly serious problem of aging.Although the current construction of residential eldercare facilities has reached a certain scale,whether the space layout meets the needs of the elderly population and whether accessibility is reasonable remains to be analyzed.This paper analyses the current spatial distribution of residential eldercare facilities in Hong Kong using the kernel density method and service coverage method.Meanwhile,the two-step mobile search method is used to calculate the spatial accessibility of these facilities,and this paper proposes the corresponding optimization of planning layout at last.
