杭州市无障碍建设现状及未来发展趋势浅议

On the Current Situation and Future Development Trend of Barrier-free Construction in Hangzhou

随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平及需求层次的提高,我国越来越重视无障碍环境建设。文章以杭州市滨江区为例,对城市中不同类型的公共建筑开展了以无障碍为主的调查研究,发现当前的无障碍建设缺乏对建筑本身无障碍内涵的认知,需求与设计不对位;无障碍体系建设孤立化,未成系统设计;施工、技术层面不达标,无障碍设施的使用不规范。同时,在优化“可达性”的导向下对未来的无障碍建设深化方向有了新的思考,包括个性化无障碍定制菜单与从城市整体出发融合设计体系。

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living conditions and demand levels,our country pays more and more attention to the construction of barrier-free environment.Taking Binjiang District of Hangzhou as an example,this paper has carried out a barrier-free investigation on different types of public buildings in the city.It shows that the current barrierfree construction lacks awareness of the barrier-free connotation of the building itself,and the design doesn't match the demand.The barrier-free system is isolated.The construction quality and technical level are unqualified,and the use of barrier-free facilities is not standardized.Meanwhile,it comes up with some new suggestions about the further direction of barrier-free construction under the guidance of optimizing accessibility,including developing personalized strategies for barrier-free construction and integrating the design system starting from the perspective of the whole city.
