摘要
成都市公园城市建设正如火如荼地进行,大量公园进行升级优化、改造重建或者新建。在公园建设的过程中,公园的活力与公园自身的“造血”能力一直受到学者的广泛关注,因此公园+首店模式的可行性探讨尤为重要。文章通过对首店经济、公园城市、公园+首店模式进行文献梳理和数据分析的论证,结合SWOT分析,从政府、公园管理者、品牌商与居民4个层面得出成都市公园+首店模式推广的可行性较高。
The construction of Parks in Chengdu is in full swing.A large number of parks are being upgraded,optimized,reconstructed or newly built,the vitality of the park and its own“hematopoiesis”has been widely concerned by scholars,so the feasibility of the park+first shop model is particularly important.This article through to the first store economy,the Park City,the park+first store pattern carries on the literature combing and the data analysis demonstration,unifies the SWOT analysis,from the government,the park manager,the brand business and the residents four levels,the Chengdu Park+first store mode promotion feasibility is higher.
