微更新视角下苏州老住区公共空间适老化提升策略研究--以苏州科技大学周围老住区公共空间为例

A Study on the Strategy of Promoting the Public Space Suitable for Aging in the Old Residential Area of Suzhou from the Perspective of Micro-renewal:A Case Study of the Public Space of the Old Residential Area Around Suzhou University of Science and Technology

根据国务院精神,江苏省政府出台关于推动居家、社区和机构养老融合发展的相关要求。苏州作为我国老龄化程度较高的城市,发展养老服务建设刻不容缓,其中对老住区公共空间进行适老化提升是实现社区养老的重要举措。文章基于微更新的视角,通过将苏州科技大学公共空间与周围老住区公共空间进行空间集约共享,从公共活动空间、道路绿化、公共设施3个方面,探讨苏州科技大学周围老住区公共空间适老化提升策略。

According to the spirit of the state council,Jiangsu Province has issued relevant requirements on development of home,community and institutional care.Suzhou is a city with a high degree of aging in China,so it is an important measure to improve the public space of the old residential area to adapt to aging.Based on the perspective of micro-renewal,this paper discusses the strategy of promoting the public space suitable for aging in the old residential areas around Suzhou University of Science and Technology by sharing the public space of Suzhou University of Science and Technology with the public space of the surrounding old residential areas in terms of public activity space,road greening and public facilities.
