提升大学人才培养质量的根本出路——构建大学三大职能的共生系统

The Fundamental Way to Improve the Quality of University Talent Training

人才培养是大学存在之本,更是大学与生俱来的根本职能。文章基于当前大学人才培养职能边缘化、培养目标趋同化和培养过程市场化等现象,提出改变“就人才培养论人才培养”以及人才培养与科学研究、社会服务相对立的现实状况。以互利共生为视角,理解大学职能间的共生关系;以社会需求为基准,树立新型人才培养质量观;以科学研究促进教学,推进创新型人才培养;科学研究和社会服务相统一,提升人才培养质量。

Talent training is not only the foundation of the existence of the university,but also a fundamental function of the university.Based on the current phenomenon of the marginalization of talent cultivating functions,the homogeneousness of cultivating objectives and the marketization of cultivating process,this paper proposes to change the current situation of"discussing talent cultivation for its own sake"and the opposition of talent training to scientific research and social services.Therefore,we should understand the symbiotic relationship between university functions from the perspective of mutual benefit and symbiosis and establish a new view of talent cultivating quality based on the needs of the society.By promoting teaching through scientific research and integrating scientific research with social services,we can promote the cultivation of innovative talents and improve the quality of talent training.
