摘要
心理契约理论是西方组织行为学和人力资源管理交叉的一个研究领域,主要讨论组织和组织成员在长期合作中的相互责任不断变化的动态期望。文章在分析当前高校外籍人才引进现状的基础上,阐述了心理契约理论应用于高校外籍人才引进过程中关于对象、内容和维度动态变化的新特征,从心理契约理论角度提出促进高校外籍人才引进的建议与对策。
The psychological contract theory is the research area at the intersection of western organizational behavior and human resource management,which mainly discusses the dynamic expectation of the mutual responsibilities of the organization and its members in long-term cooperation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of recruitments of foreign talents in domestic universities,this paper expounds the process and characteristics of the dynamic changes of objects,contents and dimensions when applying psychological contract theory to the recruitments of foreign talents by domestic universities.Further suggestions and countermeasures to promote the recruitment of foreign talents for domestic universities are proposed as well.
