基于精准化创业教育实践平台的高校协同育人机制研究

Research on the Collaborative Education Mechanism in Universities Based on the Precise Entrepreneurship Education Practice Platform

加强大学生创新创业教育是实现国家创新驱动战略,落实立德树人根本任务,提升高等教育质量的重要举措。创业教育实践平台的建设作为创新创业教育重要的基石与载体,存在创新创业项目与专业学习不匹配、创新创业技术与市场资源结合不紧密、创新创业教育与学生发展需求不相符等问题,亟须加强顶层设计。基于企业生命周期理论,打造更加精准化的创业教育实践平台,完善高校创新创业系统育人机制,优化高校创新创业教育资源的配置,方可实现高校精准化培养创新创业人才的目标。

Strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students is an important measure to realize the national innovation-driven strategy,implement the fundamental task of"people and morality cultivation",and improve the quality of higher education.However,the construction of the entrepreneurship education practice platform,which is an important cornerstone and carrier for innovation and entrepreneurship education,is faced with problems such as the mismatch between innovation and entrepreneurship projects and professional learning,the inadequacy in combining innovation and entrepreneurship technology with market resources,and the inconsistency of innovation and entrepreneurship education with student development needs.Thus,it is needed to strengthen the top-level design.Based on the enterprise life cycle theory,to build a more precise entrepreneurial education practice platform,improve the education mechanism of the innovation and entrepreneurship system in universities,and optimize the allocation of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources in universities,we can achieve the goal of accurately training innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
