双流化床气化飞灰清洁排放研究

摘要 针对双流化床气化装置采用干法排灰,气化飞灰直接下排至车厢内造成严重的粉尘污染问题。提出通过化学法对粉煤灰表面改性,使其以灰泥方式排放,降低污染的技术途径,并对排灰系统进行改造。现场排灰实验结果表明,由质量分数为0.5%的表面活性剂与水混合配制成飞灰润湿剂,润湿剂阀门开度为25%、给料器频率为5%时,装置稳定排灰。 Double fluidized bed gasification unit adopts dry ash discharge operation during the operation. The gasification fly ash is directly discharged into the lower compartment through the ash bin causing serious dust pollution. Proposed chemical method to modify the surface of fly ash,which makes it emit with the mode of Stucco to lower the technical approach to pollution and transform the ash discharge system. Field ash discharge experiment results show that a fly ash wetting agent is prepared by mixing a surface active agent with a mass fraction of 0. 5%( the main components are polyethylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate, protein cement foaming agent,sodium sulfamate) and water to the device stabilizes ash discharging when adjusting the wetting agent valve opening to 25% and the feeder frequency to 5%.
