摘要
对某重型工业企业喷涂工艺废气污染源进行分析,提出切实有效的治理措施。项目废气来源主要包括喷涂废气、擦洗废气和抛丸废气。针对喷涂废气和擦洗废气,提出水帘+干式过滤+活性炭吸附脱附+二级冷凝回收工艺;抛丸废气通过密闭空间作业进行治理。经估算漆雾和有机废气的处理效率,得知漆雾采用水帘式湿法净化系统+漆雾过滤装置处理是可行的,有机废气采用活性炭吸附脱附+二级冷凝回收处理也是可行的。本项目喷涂废气治理措施可为国内类似项目废气治理提供参考依据。
Through analyzing the pollution sources of exhaust gas from the spraying coating process of a heavy industrial enterprise,practical and effective treatment measures were proposed.The sources of exhaust gas mainly include spraying,cleaning and shot blasting.For spraying exhaust gas and cleaning exhaust gas,water curtain+dry filtration+activated carbon adsorption and desorption+two-stage condensation recovery were proposed;while the shot blasting exhaust gas was treated in closed space.After evaluating the treatment efficiency for paint mist and organic exhaust gas,it was found that it is feasible to treat the paint mist with water curtain wet purification system+paint mist filter device.It is also feasible to treat the organic exhaust gas with activated carbon adsorption and desorption+two-stage condensation recovery.The spraying exhaust gas treatment measures for this project could provide reference for similar domestic projects.
