摘要
经济可持续发展是我国目前发展的主要目标,经济发展的同时也需要绿色发展,但在经济发展中不可避免地会出现空气污染。以经济发展水平较高的上海市作为研究对象,选取工业废气排放、SO2排放、烟(粉)尘排放作为衡量大气污染排放水平的指标,借用熵值法对上海市大气污染水平进行综合评价。评价结果显示,在三个污染排放指标中,工业废气权重最大为0.417,烟(粉)尘其次权重为0.3889,SO2权重最低为0.1941。依据评价结果给出了相关政策建议。
Sustainable economic development is the main goal of my country's current development.What we want is not only economic development,but also green development.However,air pollution will inevitably occur in economic development.Therefore,this article selects Shanghai,which has a relatively high level of economic development,as the research object,and selects industrial waste gas emissions,SO2 emissions,and smoke(dust)emissions as indicators to measure the level of air pollution emissions.The entropy method is used to measure the level of air pollution in Shanghai.Overview.The evaluation results show that among the three pollution emission indicators,the weight of industrial waste gas is the largest at 0.4170,the second weight of smoke(dust)is 0.3889,and the weight of SO2 is the lowest at 0.1941.Finally,relevant policy recommendations are given based on the evaluation results.
