燃用褐煤时输粉管路结露及应对措施

摘要 火力发电厂在掺烧印尼煤引起磨煤机自燃着火事故,很多学者就制粉系统的设计、运行等发表见解和提供解决方案,但是在众多方案中,对磨煤机出口的输粉管道因结露积粉引起的自燃研究相对不多。结合某电厂制粉系统实际运行情况,通过对制粉系统进行热力计算和实际测试,得出磨制高水分褐煤时制粉系统存在结露安全隐患,并提出相应的应对措施。 Burning Indonesian coal causes spontaneous combustion of coal pulverizers in many power plants in China.Many schol-ars also express their opinions and provide solutions on the design and operation of pulverizing system.At present,there are not many researches on spontaneous combustion caused by condensation and accumulation of powder in the coal conveying pipeline behind the coal pulverizer.In this paper,combined with the actual operation of a power plant pulverizing system,through the pulverizing system Thermal calculation and actual test show that there is a hidden danger of condensation in the pulverizing system when grinding high moisture lignite,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
