摘要
讨论减少压缩空气系统后处理耗气量的能源管理实施方案,比较不同的压缩空气干燥处理方式对能源绩效的影响。进行风冷式压缩空气系统的能效测试,使用冷冻干燥机替代吸附式干燥机的节能方法,设定能源绩效参数应用于日常检测。现场测试数据对比,冷冻式干燥机对能源消耗的影响为6%,吸附式干燥机将消耗35%的能源。本案例的压缩空气工作压力为0.7 MPa,压力露点为2℃,在环境湿度较低的季节,使用冷冻干燥机已能够制造出足够干燥的压缩空气,可以替代吸附式干燥机在系统中运行。能源绩效参数应该选择与系统运行强相关的参数,较相关变量,能源绩效参数应该被优先考虑,对于空压机(系统),设定压力带和后处理压力降是较好的选择,使用替代方案,可以通过下调压力带来更少的使用能源,监测系统的压力降有助于监测后处理设备能源消耗。
The author discussed to reduce the compressed air system post-processing gas consumption of energy management plan,compare different compressed air drying treatment effects on energy performance,air cooled compressed air system energy efficiency test,using freeze dryer alternative energy saving method of adsorption type dryer,set energy performance parameters used in routine testing.Compared with the field test data,the influence of the freeze dryer on energy consumption is 6%,while the adsorption dryer will consume 35%of energy.In this case,the working pressure of com-pressed air is 0.7 MPa,and the pressure dew point is 2℃.In the season with low environmental humidity,the use of freeze dryers can produce enough dry compressed air,which can replace adsorption dryers in the system.In progress.Energy performance parameters should choose parameters that are strongly related to the operation of the system.Compared with related variables,energy performance parameters should be given priority.For air compressors(systems),setting pressure bands and post-processing pressure drops are better choices.Use alternatives The solution can reduce the use of energy by reducing the pressure,and the pressure drop of the monitoring system helps to monitor the energy consumption of the post-processing equipment.
