摘要 高职经管类专业的跨专业实践教学对于学生融会贯通专业知识有着非常重要的意义。虚拟仿真是当前高职院校实践教学的重要手段,它为高职学生的技能训练提供了低成本的实践环境,同时解决了技能训练过程中的工作任务的生成与派发的问题。经管类专业所面向的工作主要是同人和事打交道,需要不同岗位的人员协同合作,按照内在的工作逻辑与客观的工作流程共同完成。从“工作流”的理念出发,构建出适合经管专业的虚拟仿真工作任务,解决经管跨专业混合实践训练的难题,为高职经管专业的学生进行综合能力训练提供选择。 The cross-disciplinary practical teaching of economics-and-management-related programs in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for students to master professional knowledge.Virtual simulation is an important means of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,which provides a low-cost practical environment for higher vocational students'skill training and solves the problem of task generation and distribution in the process of skill training.The jobs for economics-and-management-related majors mainly involve people and things,which should be completed together according to the inherent work logic and objective workflow via the cooperation of people in different positions.Based on the concept of"workflow",constructing a virtual simulation task suitable for economic-and-management-related programs can solve the problem of cross-disciplinary mixed practical training.providing a good choice for the comprehensive ability training.
