In the reading promotion activities of public libraries,the role of leading readers has become increasingly prominent.The level of leading readers directly influences the effect of reading promotion activities.Therefore,this paper analyzes how to build the leading readers of public library reading promotion activities from the four aspects of the concept and quality of leading readers,current situation and solutions of leading readers in reading promotion activities of public libraries.
