文章结合教学实践对新工科背景下高校软件人才培养模式展开研究,通过对软件行业所需人才的能力结构进行分析,围绕新课程体系构建、多元化教学模式探索和复合型人才培养3个方面讨论高校软件技术专业人才培养模式。

Combining teaching practice,this paper studies the cultivation mode of software talents in universities under the background of new engineering.It analyzes the ability structure of the talents needed in the software industry,and discusses the cultivation mode of university software technology talents from the three aspects of constructing the new curriculum system,exploring diversified teaching mode and cultivating compound talents.
