摘要
为提高溶解氧测定仪校准装置的自动化程度,保证溶解氧测定仪检定过程中检测结果读取的及时性与准确性,文章设计了基于溶解氧测定仪校准装置自动识别的算法。该算法包括图像采集和预处理、数字区域定位与倾斜校正、数字字符分割与归一化、数字字符识别和识别结果输出。且该算法设计能够满足不同设备型号及不同生产厂家的设备。
In order to improve the automation of the calibration device of dissolved oxygen tester and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of reading the test results in the process of testing,an algorithm based on the calibration device of dissolved oxygen tester is designed in this paper.The algorithm includes image acquisition and pre-processing,digital location and tilt correction,digital character segmentation and normalization,digital character recognition and recognition output.The algorithm can meet the requirements of different equipment models and manufacturers.
