摘要
以YB3-450-2 710 kW 6 kV紧凑型高压异步电动机为例,结合电机结构尺寸,建立电机实际物理模型。确保电机其余参数不变的情况下,仅改变转子轴向通风机,改善电机转子冷却能力,利用有限元分析不同通风孔对电机磁场、功率因数等参数的影响,结合电机温升试验值得出2极紧凑型高压感应电动机优化设计方向。
The actual physical model of the motor is established according to the structure and size of YB3-450-2 710 KW 6 kV compact high voltage induction motor. The influence of different ventilation holes on the magnetic field and power factor of the motor is analyzed by finite element method, under the condition that other parameters of the motor remain unchanged, only axial fan of the rotor to improve the cooling capacity of the motor rotor. Combined with the temperature rise test of the motor, the optimization design direction of the 2-pole compact high voltage induction motor is obtained.
