镜像神经元疗法对听障患者听力语言康复与生活质量的影响

Effects of Mirror Neuron Therapy on Hearing Speech Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Deaf Patients

目的探讨镜像神经元疗法对听障患者听力语言康复与生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年8月~2020年2月在本院诊治的耳聋患者112例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各56例。对照组给予配戴助听器干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予镜像神经元疗法,持续治疗4周,记录患者听力语言康复与生活质量状况。结果观察组听觉干预总有效率为98.2%,显著高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的纯音听阈显著低于治疗前,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的口语表达、听理解评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、生理功能、生理职能等生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论镜像神经元疗法有利于听力障碍患者听力语言功能的康复,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of mirror neuron therapy on hearing impairment recovery and quality of life in deaf patients.Methods From August 2017 to February 2020,112 cases of deaf patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each groups according to random number table method.The control group were treated with conventional hearing aids,and the observation group were given mirror neuron therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment had continued for 4 weeks.The progress of rehabilitation and quality of life in hearing patients was recorded.Results The total effective rates of the observation group were 98.2%,which were significantly higher than 87.5%of the control group(P<0.05).The pure tone hearing thresholds of the two groups after treatment were lower than that before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the oral expression and listening comprehension scores of the two groups were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the observation group were also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the body pain,overall health,vitality,physiological function and so on of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mirror neuron therapy in deaf patients is beneficial for the rehabilitation of hearing impairment,it can reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect and quality of life.
