The advantages of clinical pharmacists’inclination in outpatient drug counselings

目的从门诊药物咨询看临床药师门诊化的优势,探讨临床药师门诊化的工作模式和方向。方法选取2016年10月~2018年9月门诊药物咨询记录169例,分为临床药师参与前组和参与后组,分析临床药师参与门诊药物咨询后的变化,结合国内外临床药师门诊工作模式,探讨今后门诊临床药师的工作方向。结果临床药师参与门诊咨询后,咨询内容、药物类别变得多样化,质量明显高于参与前,国内外门诊临床药师工作模式稍有区别,各有优势,值得借鉴。结论临床药师参与门诊咨询后具有明显优势,门诊临床药学服务可以成为临床药师工作的另一个突破点。

Objective To find out the advantages that clinical pharmacists participate in outpatient drug counseling and discussing the work patterns.Methods Choosing 169 cases of outpatient drug consultations in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2018,divided into two groups the participation in the former group and the after participation group.To analyze the change of clinical pharmacists'participation in outpatient consultations,united the domestic and international clinical pharmacists outpatient work model to explore the work direction in the future.Results After the clinical pharmacists participating in outpatient consultation,the consultation contents and the drug categories became diversified,the quality was higher than the after participation group.The domestic and international clinical pharmacists outpatient work models were slightly differences and we could draw on the experience from the advantages.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists have obvious advantages after attending outpatient consultation,and outpatient clinic pharmacy service can become another breakthrough point of clinical pharmacists work.
