摘要
目的比较半夏泻心汤加减的不同给药方式治疗寒热错杂型反流性食管炎的疗效。方法选择2018年2月~2020年2月于东部战区空军医院就诊的寒热错杂型反流性食管炎患者70例,按简单随机数字表法分为对照组34例和试验组33例,对照组予半夏泻心汤正常口服治疗,试验组按照患者胃镜下食管炎的部位,分别给予相应体位的半夏泻心汤口服,比较两组患者症状缓解时间及中医证候积分。结果两组患者经治疗,烧心、胸痛、反酸和咽部异物感等中医证候积分较治疗前均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,试验组患者烧心、胸痛、咽部异物感明显缓解时间以及烧心、疼痛中医证候积分均低于对照组,治愈率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用使药液流经并停留食管炎症患处的服药方式,可快速缓解患者临床部分症状和提高治愈率。
Objective To compare the efficacy of different administration methods of Banxia Xiexin Decoction(BXD)in treating reflux esophagitis with cold-heat type.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,70 patients with reflux esophagitis with cold-heat type who were treated in the Eastern Air Force Air Force Hospital were selected and divided into a control group(34 cases)and an experimental group(33 cases)according to a simple random number table method.The control group was given BXD orally,and the experimental group was given BXD according to the position of the esophagitis of the patient under the gastroscope,respectively.The symptom relief time and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of heartburn,chest pain,acid reflux and pharyngeal foreign body sensation were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heartburn,chest pain,and pharyngeal foreign body sensation of the experimental group were significantly relieved,and the TCM syndrome scores of heartburn and pain were lower than the control group,and the cure rate was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of taking the drug solution through and staying at the affected area of esophageal inflammation can quickly relieve some of the patients'clinical symptoms and improve the cure rate.
