补中益气汤加减治疗急诊重症合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭效果分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on emergency patients with severe type Ⅰ respiratory failure

目的探究急诊重症合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者应用补中益气汤加减治疗效果。方法抽取急诊科2017年6月~2019年6月间收治的重症合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者46例作为研究对象,双色球法随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组23例仅采用西医常规治疗,研究组23例加用补中益气汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、纳呆乏力与呼吸困难改善时间、临床指标、血清炎症因子水平以及无创呼吸机使用与住院时间。结果研究组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各项临床指标及血清炎症因子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者缺氧症状改善时间、无创呼吸机使用时间及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予急诊重症合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者应用补中益气汤加减治疗,可有效改善临床指标及血清炎症因子水平,缩短急诊重症合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者病程,改善缺氧症状。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in emergency patients with severe type Ⅰ respiratory failure.Methods 46 patients with severe type Ⅰ respiratory failure admitted to the emergency department of our hospital between June 2017 and June 2019 were selected as the research object.The two-color ball method was randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The 23 cases in the control group only used western medicine.23 cases in the study group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and western medicine.The clinical efficacy,time to improve dyspnea and dyspnea,clinical indicators,serum inflammatory factor levels,non-invasive ventilator use and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was significanty better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical indicators and serum inflammatory factor levels were significanty better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of hypoxic symptoms,the use time of non-invasive ventilator and the length of stay in the study group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion The application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for emergency severe patients with type Ⅰ respiratory failure can have effective clinical indicators and serum inflammatory factor levels,shorten the course of emergency severe patients with type Ⅰ respiratory failure,improve hypoxia symptoms.
