Scientific Evidence of Integration of Sports and Education:An Analysis of Association between Sports Exercise and Education

《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》是新时代树立健康第一的教育理念和夯实体育强国建设的国家重大改革议题,旨在以推动全体青少年体育锻炼和文化学习协调发展,促进其全面健康发展。本文围绕青少年体育锻炼和文化学习的相互关联因素进行了科学循证。研究发现,青少年体育锻炼和文化学习存在诸多关联因素,表现为在体育锻炼中通过生理神经、认知调节、社会心理和健康干预的关联因素影响其文化学习,在文化学习中通过强化运动参与、提高运动能力和促进未来发展的关联因素影响其体育锻炼。建议:围绕有氧运动或协调训练等关联因素设计活动课程,以体育锻炼促进青少年文化学习;结合健康知识和精神塑造等关联因素创新文化课程,以文化学习改善青少年体育锻炼;梳理国内实证性研究关联因素单一等问题,以科学研发探索更丰富的关联效应。

The Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Children and Adolescents aims to establish the education concept of health first and strengthen the major national reform issues on the construction of sports power and promote the coordinated development of education and physical exercise among children and adolescents and promote its healthy development.This study is based on scientific evidence on the correlation mechanism and factors between youth physical exercise and education.The results showed that:The youth sports training and culture study have many associated factors,which shown in the physical exercise by physiological,cognitive regulation,social psychology and health interventions associated factors affect its cultural learning,through strengthening sports participation in culture learning,improve sports ability and promote the future development of associated factors affect the physical exercise.Suggestions and countermeasures:Design activity courses based on relevant factors such as aerobic exercise or coordinated training to promote youth cultural learning through physical exercise;innovation of cultural curriculum combining health knowledge and spiritual shaping and other related factors to improve youth physical exercise through cultural learning;in order to explore more in-depth dose-effect through scientific research,there are many problems in domestic review research and insufficient empirical research.
