摘要
对“绿蓝色空间”“绿蓝色健身”等概念进行解析,阐述身体活动或锻炼改善儿童青少年认知功能的机制,绿蓝色空间暴露影响认知功能的注意力恢复和压力恢复理论;归纳认知功能和学业表现的常见指标及合理选取建议。在此基础上,重点提炼出身体活动或锻炼类型改善认知功能的选择性促进现象和强度的倒U曲线特征等核心观点。针对绿蓝色空间暴露改善认知功能的研究,提炼出强化绿蓝色空间暴露水平测量的广度和深度,细化绿蓝色空间要素,增强城市规划和景观设计应用价值等建议;并阐述了部分对照实验研究发现绿蓝色健身改善认知功能比单一的锻炼或绿蓝色空间暴露能产生更好的效益,但绿蓝色健身改善认知功能的研究尚处于起步阶段,需要更多的研究丰富成果。
The study described the concepts of“green and blue space”,“green and blue exercise”,and explained the Attention Recovery Theory and Stress Recovery Theory for green and blue space influencing cognitive function.Meanwhile the paper concluded the reasonable suggestions for indicators selection of cognitive function and academic performance.On this basis,the study refined the core viewpoints that different physical activity or exercise types influencing cognitive function had the selective promotion phenomenon and intensity inverted U curve features.For studies on the improvement of cognitive function by exposure to green and blue space,the study put forward suggestions to strengthen the breadth and depth of measurement of exposure level of green and blue space,and refined different elements of green and blue space,and enhanced the application value of urban planning and landscape design.Finally,the paper described that the green and blue exercise improving cognitive function might obtain better effect than single exercise intervention or green and blue space exposure,but it was still in its infancy,and more research evidence was needed to enrich the research results.
