废旧手机中的高技术矿产资源回收现状与未来展望 被引量:2

摘要 废旧手机与高技术矿产资源联系紧密。国家战略性新兴产业的发展离不开作为关键原材料的各类高技术矿产。高技术矿产具有伴生性,其资源开采受主产品的制约。随着经济的快速发展,中国已成为全球最大的手机生产国和消费国,每年产生大量的废旧手机。因此,开展废旧手机中的高技术矿产资源回收研究,显得十分必要。本文首先从废旧手机与高技术矿产的概念和特征入手,分析不同类型废旧手机中所蓄积的高技术矿产资源差异;然后阐述废旧手机中的高技术矿产资源回收现状,具体分析了废旧手机中的高技术矿产资源回收总体概况、回收模式及主要影响因素;最后从政府、企业、个人三个方面对废旧手机中的高技术矿产资源回收的未来发展进行展望。 High-tech minerals are key raw materials in national strategic emerging industries,and they are associated with waste mobile phones closely.Besides,the availability of high-tech minerals has a close relationship of their host minerals and the resource exploitation reliance on the companion minerals.With rapid economic development,China became the world's largest mobile phone-producing and phone-consuming country,and correspondingly,it has generated excessive waste annually.Therefore,it is imperative to research on the current status and future outlook of high-tech minerals in waste mobile phones.This paper firstly analyzes the high-tech minerals gap between the differentiation of feature phones and smartphones from the perspective of concepts and characteristics.Then it analyzes the current status of high-tech minerals in waste mobile phones,it further points out the generation of high-tech minerals in waste mobile phones,the recycling mode of high-tech minerals in waste mobile phones and the major influencing factors of high-tech minerals in waste mobile phones.Finally,future development outlooks,from the perspective of government,enterprise and individual,are prompted and recommended.
