摘要
煤炭企业业绩评价需求因企业规模、企业管理水平、企业文化等不同而有所差异,但一般来说,企业业绩评价可以归类为三个层级:基层业务业绩评价、中层管理业绩评价和高层战略决策业绩评价,企业可以根据自身特点选择其中一层或者三层使用。本文提出了煤炭企业业绩智能评价系统的基本框架和实现路径:在企业现有ERP或财务软件基础上新增业绩智能评价系统模块,包括数据库管理系统、模型库管理系统和人机交互展现平台三大要素。
The performance evaluation needs of coal enterprises vary with the size,management level,culture of enterprises.Generally speaking,the performance evaluation of enterprises can be classified into three levels:grass-roots business performance evaluation,middle-level management performance evaluation and high-level strategic decision-making performance evaluation.Enterprises can choose one or three levels to use according to their own characteristics.In this paper,the basic framework and implementation path of the performance intelligent evaluation system of coal enterprises are proposed:based on the existing ERP or financial software of the enterprise,the new performance intelligent evaluation system module is added,including three elements of database management system,model base management system and human-computer interaction display platform.
