摘要
人工关节置换术临床应用广泛,术后假体关节感染(PJI)是其灾难性并发症.细菌生物膜引起的致病菌耐药是术后PJI迁延不愈,治疗困难的原因之一.抗菌肽LL-37作为先天免疫系统的重要组成部分具有广谱抗菌作用,主要机制是抑制生物膜的形成,破坏已形成的生物膜,杀灭浮游菌,从而发挥有效的抑菌、抗菌作用,且不涉及受体机制的特点,避免致病菌对其产生耐药性.本文对生物膜引起致病菌耐药机制及抗菌肽LL-37对生物膜的作用进行简要综述.
Postoperative prosthetic joint infection(PJI)is a catastrophic complication of prosthetic arthroplasty,which is widely used in clinical practice.Bacterial biofilm-induced pathogenic resistance is one of the reasons for the persistence of postoperative PJI and the difficulty of treatment.As an important component of the innate immune system,antimicrobial peptide LL-37 has broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect.The main mechanism is to inhibit the for⁃mation of biofilm,destroy the formed biofilm,kill planktonic bacteria,so as to play an effective antibacterial and anti⁃bacterial effect,and does not involve the receptor mechanism,to avoid the pathogenic bacteria to develop drug resis⁃tance.This paper provides a brief review on the mechanism of pathogenic resistance caused by biofilm and the effect of antimicrobial peptide LL-37 on biofilm.
