摘要
目的:通过对112例肺心病病人在不同程度肺功能及不同程度心力衰竭时心率变异性分析,探讨心率变异性在慢性肺源性心脏病预后预测中的意义.方法:选取2016~2019年我院收治并确诊的肺心病病人的动态心电图作为研究对象,进行分析.结果:肺功能损害及心力衰竭病人的心率变异性各项指标指数均低于平均值(P<0.05).结论:心率变异性对监测肺心病病情变化有一定指导意义.
Objective:To explore the significance of heart rate variability in predicting the prognosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease by analyzing the heart rate variability of 112 patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods:The dynamic electrocardiogram of patients withpulmonary heart disease in our hospital from 2016 to 2019 was selected as the research object and analyzed.Results:The indexes of heart rate variability in patients with pulmonary function impairment and heart failure were lower than the average(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heart rate variability has certain guiding significance for monitoring the changes of pulmonary heart disease.
