心宁软胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Xinning Soft Capsule Combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨心宁软胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年10月笔者所在医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者76例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各38例,对照组采用单硝酸异山梨酯片进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合葛兰心宁软胶囊进行治疗,对两组患者的临床有效率、不良反应、临床指标及血液学指标进行比较。结果:对照组的临床有效率低于研究组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组发作频率、硝酸甘油的用量高于研究组,持续时间长于研究组(P<0.05);对照组患者的高密度脂蛋白低于研究组,但总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油、C-反应蛋白均高于研究组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现心源性猝死或心肌梗死现象。结论:对冠心病心绞痛使用心宁软胶囊与单硝酸异山梨酯片相联合的方法进行治疗,提高临床安全性,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xinning Soft Capsule combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Method:Selected 76 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina from July 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital,according to the wishes were divided into two groups,each of 38 cases.Control group treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate and on the basis of control group,Xinning Soft Capsule was used in study group.The clinical efficient,adverse reaction of two groups of patients,clinical indicators and hematology indexes were compared.Result:The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of attack and the amount of nitroglycerin in the control group were higher than that in the study group,and the duration was longer than that in the study group(P<0.05).Patients in the control group had lower HDL than those in the study group,but total cholesterol,LDL,triphthalein and c-reactive protein were all higher than those in the study group(P<0.05).No cardiac fragmentation or myocardial infarction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The combined treatment of Xinning Soft Capsule and Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets for the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is worthy of further promotion and application.
