乌灵胶囊联合经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森病伴发抑郁的临床效果研究

Clinical Efficacy Study of Wuling Capsule Combined with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Parkinson Disease with Depression

目的:探讨乌灵胶囊联合重复低频经颅磁刺激(r-TMS)治疗帕金森病伴发抑郁的临床效果。方法:收集笔者所在医院2016年11月-2019年11月100例帕金森病伴抑郁患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,两组均给予乌灵胶囊治疗,观察组在乌灵胶囊药物治疗基础上,加用重复低频经颅磁刺激治疗,然后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价治疗效果。结果:两组治疗1个月、2个月后HAMD均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗1个月末及2个月末,观察组HAMD均低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:r-TMS是治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的又一个有效手段,为进一步改善帕金森病患者抑郁症状提供了新的治疗思路。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wuling Capsule combined with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (r-TMS) in the treatment of Parkinson disease with depression.Method:A total of 100 patients with Parkinson disease and depression from November 2016 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.Both groups were treated with Wuling Capsule.The observation group was treated with repeated low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of Wuling Capsule drug treatment,and then evaluated with Hamilton depression scale (HAMD).Result:The HAMD of the two groups after one month and two month was lower than that before treatment (P<0.05),and the HAMD of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the same time with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:rTMS is an effective method in the treatment of Parkinson disease with depression,which provides a new way to improve the non motor symptoms of Parkinson disease.
