加味通瘀煎合中药外敷治疗输卵管妊娠的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jiawei Tongyu Jian Combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy

目的:观察加味通瘀煎联合消炎散外敷保守治疗输卵管妊娠的效果及不良反应。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月本院就诊的85例输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象,以42例采用中药加味通瘀煎联合消炎散外敷治疗的患者为观察组,以43例同期采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的患者为对照组,对比两组疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组β-hCG转阴时间、腹痛消失时间、阴道出血消失时间、包块消失时间均较对照组早(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味通瘀煎联合消炎散外敷保守治疗输卵管妊娠效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of Jiawei Tongyu Jian combined with Xiaoyan San external application for conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy.Method:A total of 85 tubal pregnancy patients who underwent conservative treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as subjects.Forty-two patients treated with Jiawei Tongyu Jian combined with Xiaoyan San external application were set as the observation group,and 43 patients treated with Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate were set as the control group.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Theβ-hCG turned negative time,abdominal pain disappearance time,vaginal bleeding disappearance time and mass disappearance time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Tongyu Jian combined with external application of Xiaoyan San in the treatment of tubal pregnancy has a remarkable effect and high safety,therefore it is worth being clinically promoted.
