精细化护理管理对新生儿科医院感染防控的应用效果

Application Effect of Fine Nursing Management on Nosocomial Infection Prevention and Control in Neonates

目的:探析精细化护理管理对新生儿科医院感染防控的应用效果。方法:共选取笔者所在医院2018年7月-2019年9月收治的2000例新生儿作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表法分组,每组1000例。对照组运用常规护理管理方法,观察组实施精细化护理管理,对比两组的病房内物品卫生合格率、医院感染发生率、护理纠纷发生率。结果:观察组的空气检查合格率、奶嘴检查合格率、奶瓶检查合格率、消毒液合格率、灭菌物品合格率、医务人员手卫生检查合格率均显著高于对照组,两组经对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的医院感染发生率明显低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义;观察组的护理纠纷发生率均显著低于对照组,经对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将精细化护理管理应用于新生儿科医院感染的预防和控制中可提高病房内物品卫生的合格率,同时可降低医院感染、护理纠纷的发生率,因此,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of fine nursing management on nosocomial infection prevention and control in neonates.Method:A total of 2000 neonates admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the main research object,and 1000 cases in each group were grouped by numerical random table method.The control group used conventional nursing management methods,the observation group implemented fine nursing management.Compared the two groups of items in the ward health pass rate,the incidence of hospital infection,the incidence of nursing disputes.Result:The qualified rate of air inspection,nipple inspection,bottle inspection,disinfectant inspection,sterilized product inspection and hand hygiene inspection of medical personnel in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fine nursing management in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in neonates can improve the qualified rate of articles in the ward and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and nursing disputes.
