肺癌化疗患者PICC置管护理中无缝隙护理的应用效果

Effect of Seamless Nursing Care in Patients with PICC Chemotherapy of Lung Cancer

目的:探讨肺癌化疗患者PICC置管护理中无缝隙护理的应用效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2019年6月在本院就诊的108例肺癌化疗PICC置管患者,按照年龄、性别组间具有可比性的原则,分为观察组与对照组,各54例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受无缝隙护理,对比置管后两组的平均留置时间、置管留置成功率、并发症发生情况,并调查两组对护理的满意情况。结果:观察组PICC置管平均留置时间(126.87±52.78)d与对照组的(97.82±45.38)d相比较长,差异有统计学意义(t=3.067,P=0.000);观察组的置管留置成功率92.59%(50/54),高于对照组的75.93%(41/54),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.655,P=0.017);观察组并发症发生率(7.41%)低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.696,P=0.030);观察满意度(98.15%)高于对照组(81.48%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.199,P=0.004)。结论:针对肺癌化疗PICC置管患者采用无缝隙护理,可有效延长置管留置时间,提高置管成功率,减少并发症发生,护理满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effects of seamless nursing care in PICC patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Method:A total of 108 patients with chemotherapy PICC catheterization for lung cancer treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected.According to the principle of comparability between age and sex,the patients were divided into the observation group and the group,each with 54 cases.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received seamless nursing.The average indwelling time,success rate of indwelling tube and the incidence of complications after catheterization were compared between the two groups,and investigated the satisfaction of the two groups with nursing.Result:The average indwelling time (126.87±52.78) d of the observation group was longer than (97.82±45.38) d of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=3.067,P=0.000).The success rate of indwelling tube in the observation group was 92.59% (50/54),which was higher than (75.93%,41/54) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=5.655,P=0.017).The incidence of complications in the observation group (7.41%) was lower than that in the control group (22.22%),the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.696,P=0.030).The satisfaction of the observation group (98.15%) was higher than that of the control group (81.48%),the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=8.199,P=0.004).Conclusion:The application of seamless nursing for patients with chemotherapy PICC tube placement for lung cancer can effectively prolong the indwelling time and improve success rate of indwelling tube,reduce the incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
