基于微信的家庭护理对胃癌化疗患者医学知识掌握程度及营养情况和生活质量的影响

Effect of WeChat-based Home Nursing on Mastery Degree of Medical Knowledge,Nutrition and Quality of Life of Patients with Gastric Cancer Chemotherapy

目的:探讨基于微信的家庭护理对胃癌化疗患者医学知识掌握程度与营养情况和生活质量的影响。方法:选择2018年4月-2019年12月于笔者所在医院化疗的胃癌患者92例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组实施基于微信的家庭护理。比较两组干预后医学知识掌握程度、干预前后营养状况及生活质量。结果:干预后观察组医学知识掌握良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组营养状况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组Hb、Alb、TP水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信的家庭护理能提高胃癌化疗患者医学知识掌握程度,改善营养情况和生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of WeChat-based home nursing on mastery degree of medical knowledge,nutrition and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy.Method:A total of 92 patients with gastric cancer receiving chemotherapy in the author’s hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was given routine discharge guidance,the observation group implemented WeChat-based home nursing.The mastery degree of medical knowledge,nutritional status and quality of life after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the rate of good mastery of medical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in nutritional status between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and Hb,Alb and TP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the score in the observation group were higher than that in the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat-based home nursing can improve the medical knowledge of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy,improve nutrition and quality of life.
