黄体酮应用剂量对早孕先兆流产临床效果及相关血液指标表达的影响

Influence of Different Dosages of Progesterone on the Clinical Effect and Expression of Related Blood Indexes of Patients with Threatened Abortion of Early Pregnancy

目的:观察及比较不同黄体酮应用剂量对早孕先兆流产临床效果及相关血液指标表达的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月的78例早孕先兆流产患者为研究对象,将其根据黄体酮应用剂量的不同分为A组(20 mg组)26例、B组(40 mg组)26例和C组(60 mg组)26例。比较三组的临床总有效率、稽留流产发生率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的黄体血流指标及相关血液指标表达情况。结果:B组及C组的临床总有效率显著高于A组,A组的稽留流产发生率显著高于B组及C组,C组的不良反应发生率显著高于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前三组的黄体血流指标及相关血液指标表达情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后B组及C组的黄体血流指标及相关血液指标表达显著优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:40 mg黄体酮在早孕先兆流产患者中的临床效果较好,且对相关血液指标表达的影响更为积极,因此在早孕先兆流产患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To observe the influence of different dosages of Progesterone for the clinical effect and expression of related blood indexes of patients with threatened abortion of early pregnancy.Method:A total of 78 patients with threatened abortion of early pregnancy from January 2019 to December 2019 were shoen as the study object,and they were divided into group A(20 mg group)26 cases,group B(40 mg group)26 cases and group C(60 mg group)26 cases according to the differences of progesterone dose.Then the total effective rates,missed abortion and adverse reactions rates,corpus luteum blood flow indexes and expression of related blood indexes before and after the treatment of three groups were compared.Result:The total effective rates of group B and group C were significantly higher than those of group A,missed abortion rate of group A were significantly higher than those of group B and group C,and the adverse reactions rates of group C were significantly higher than those of group A and group B,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The corpus luteum blood flow indexes and expression of related blood indexes of three groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the corpus luteum blood flow indexes and expression of related blood indexes of group B and group C after the treatment of three groups were significantly better than those of group A,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of 40 mg progesterone in the patients with threatened abortion of early pregnancy is better,and its influence for expression of related blood indexes of patients are more active,so its application value in the patients with threatened abortion of early pregnancy is higher.
