显微镜下颈前路内固定融合术治疗颈椎病的临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Anterior Cervical Internal Fixation and Fusion under Microscope on Cervical Spondylopathy

目的:探讨显微镜下颈前路内固定融合术对颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月于笔者所在医院收治的64例颈椎病患者,行显微镜下颈前路内固定融合术,术后随访并观察患者手术前及手术后3、6、12个月病情变化,进行神经功能评分和疼痛评分,观察不良反应情况。结果:术后各时间点患者颈椎VAS评分、JOA评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。患者颈肩部疼痛感恢复的优良率为92.19%。术后均无不良反应发生。结论:经显微镜下颈椎前路融合内固定术对颈椎病的疗效显著,能改善神经脊髓功能,预后良好,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of anterior cervical fixation and fusion under the microscope on cervical spondylopathy.Method:A total of 64 patients with cervical spondylopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for anterior cervical internal fixation and fusion under a microscope.Follow-up was performed to observe the patients’condition changes,neurological function score and pain score,observe adverse reactions before and 3,6,and 12 months after surgery.Result:The VAS score and JOA score of the cervical spine of the patients at all time points were significantly improved(P<0.05).The excellent rate of recovery of pain in neck and shoulder was 92.19%.No adverse reactions occurred after the operation.Conclusion:Under the microscope,anterior cervical fusion and internal fixation has a significant effect on cervical spondylopathy,can improve neurospinal function,and has a good prognosis,and is worth of further promotion and application.
