摘要
目的:研究卡贝缩宫素预防剖宫产高危产妇产后出血的效果。方法:回顾行分析2019年6-12月于笔者所在医院就诊的67例剖宫产高危产妇的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(33例)和研究组(34例)。对照组行缩宫素预防治疗,研究组行卡贝缩宫素预防治疗。比较两组出血情况、凝血功能、血红蛋白水平。结果:研究组术中、术后2、24 h出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后两组APTT、PT均较术前显著缩短(P<0.05),且研究组显著短于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组D-D、FIB均较术前显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组D-D、FIB高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后两组血红蛋白水平均较术前显著降低(P<0.05),但研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卡贝缩宫素应用于预防剖宫产高危产妇能显著降低产后出血量,改善凝血功能,可临床推广。
Objective:To study the effect of Carbetocin in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in high risk parturients of cesarean section.Method:The clinical data of 67 cases of high risk parturients of cesarean section in our hospital from June to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(33 cases)and the study group(34 cases).The control group received Oxytocin prophylaxis treatment,and the study group received Carbetocin prophylaxis treatment.The bleeding,coagulation function and hemoglobin level of the two groups were compared.Result:The amount of bleeding in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 2 and 24 h after operation(P<0.05).After operation,the APTT and PT of the two groups were significantly shortened(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the D-D and FIB of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin level of the two groups decreased significantly after operation(P<0.05),but the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Carbetocin in the prevention of high risk parturients of cesarean section can significantly reduce postpartum hemorrhage,improve coagulation function,which can be clinically promoted.
