嘉庆朝南府、景山机构之沿革

The Evolution of Nanfu and Jingshan’s Organizations in Jiaqing Period

嘉庆朝对南府、景山的机构调整是在嘉庆中前期,嘉庆十五年(1810)之后便维持原状直至道光元年(1821)。具体为嘉庆朝初期,南府内外学延续了乾隆朝的规制,至迟在嘉庆五年(1800),景山的三学调整为二学。至嘉庆十三年(1808),南府的两个内学合并为内大学,并且裁撤了弦索学和宫戏学。其行为主导应是以皇帝本人的意愿为主,嘉庆十八年(1813)的天理教起义事件与南府、景山的机构变动没有关系。

The institutional adjustment of Nanfu and Jingshan in Jiaqing was carried out in the early and middle of Jiaqing Period.After the 15th year of the reign of Emperor Jiaqing,Nanfu and Jingshan had remained the same institution until the first year of Daoguang Period.In the early period of Jiaqing,the internal and external schools of Nanfu continued the regulations of Qianlong Period.Jingshan’s three schools were combined into two schools in the 5th year of Jiaqing at the latest.In the 13th year of Jiaqing,two internal schools of Nanfu were merged into an internal academy,and the studies of string instruments and puppet show were abolished.These changes should be dominated by the emperor’s will.The Tianli Uprising in the 18th year of Jiaqing had nothing to do with the institutional changes of Nanfu and Jingshan.
