经典戏剧作品的现代价值--21世纪戏剧舞台上的《赵氏孤儿》

The Modern Value of Classic Plays--The Orphan of Zhao on the Theater of the 21st Century

传统戏剧经典作品的现代化改编既是当代戏剧的一种创作方式,同时也是发掘经典作品现代价值的重要途径。本文主要通过对元杂剧《赵氏孤儿》在21世纪国内外的七个改编本的探讨,试图从提纯个体精神,使传统合理化;颠覆或解构原著,用现代观念重新讲述传统故事和用"他者"文化视角为人物注入个体意识三个方面论述传统戏剧的改编在今天的意义与价值。

The modernization adaptation of traditional classic works is not only one of the ways of playwriting,but also an important way to explore the modern value of classic works.By discussing seven adapted editions of zaju The Orphan of Zhao at home and abroad in the 21st century,this article tries to purify the individual spirit and to rationalize some traditional concepts.It also subverts or re-builds the original works,and uses the modern concept to retell the traditional story.Besides,it uses the view of"the other"to give the characters individual consciousness.From these three perspectives,this article discusses the significance and value of the modern adaptation of traditional plays.
