摘要
为系统调查四川省广元市山羊布鲁氏菌病流行现状,为山羊布鲁氏菌病防治工作提供科学依据,笔者采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)初筛,试管凝集试验(SAT)进行确诊的方法,对广元市青川、昭化、苍溪、旺苍、剑阁、利州、朝天7个区(县)所有场群的山羊进行布鲁氏菌病检测。2015-2017年,共检测3333个场次的398072份山羊血清样品,检出阳性场群167个,群阳性率为5.01%(167/3333);检出阳性样品2625份,个体阳性率为0.66%(2625/398072)。各年的群体阳性率分别为31.82%、31.85%和1.10%,样品阳性率分别为2.34%、0.81%和0.29%,群体阳性率、个体阳性率均呈显著下降趋势。结果表明,近年来,广元市山羊布鲁氏菌病净化工作取得了显著成效,布鲁氏菌病在山羊群内的流行得到了有效控制。
In order to systematic investigation of the prevalence of brucellosis in goats in Guangyuan City provides a scientific basis forthe prevention and treatment of brucellosis in goats.Methods:In this study,the serum samples were firstly screened by the tiger red plateagglutination test(RBPT),and the positive samples were tested by the tube agglutination test(SAT)for confirmation.398072 goat serumsamples from 3333 farms were detected in 7counties of Guangyuan City in 2015-2017.Result:There were 167 positive field groups witha positive rate of 5.01%,2625 positive samples and 0.66%individual positive rate.From 2015 to 2017,the positive rates of populationand individual were 31.82%,31.85%and 1.10%respectively,and 2.34%,0.81%and 0.29%respectively.Compared with 2015 and2016,the positive rates of goat brucellosis were significantly decreased in Guangyuan City in 2017.Conclusion;In recent years,the purification of goat brucellosis in Guangyuan City has achieved remarkable results,and the infection of brucellosis in goats has been effectively controlled.
