摘要
指出了热脱附—气相色谱法因具有操作简单、精密度及准确度高等优点而被广泛应用,但是监测规范建议采用的采样管为填充Tenax材料的采样管,这种采样管对苯的安全采样体积只有6.2L,当环境空气中苯的含量高时,容易导致采样管的过饱和,影响测定结果的准确性。因此通过优化热脱附条件及筛选填充不同材料的采样管,并进行相关数理统计分析,获得了一种采样管,能够提高苯的吸附容量并该对方法加标回收率、精密度及准确度进行了考察,结果表明:以C300为采样管,进行热脱附气相色谱分析,方法准确度及精密度高,能够满足分析要求。
The method of thermal desorption-gas chromatography is widely used because of its simple operation,high precision,and high accuracy.The sample tube with Tenax material is recommended by the monitoring specification.However,the safe sampling volume of benzene is only 6.2L.It will lead to oversaturation of the sample tube with the high content of benzene series,and the accuracy of the measurement results will be affected.Therefore,by optimizing thermal desorption conditions and material of sample tubes,and performing relevant mathematical statistical analysis,a high adsorption capacity for benzene series were used in this paper.In addition,the recovery of the sample,the precision and accuracy of the method were investigated in this paper.The results showed that using C300 tube for thermal desorption―gas chromatography has high accuracyand good precision.
