摘要
针对国内环境敏感区环保清淤工程实施案例较少、缺乏类似工程实施经验的现状,结合环境敏感区环保清淤的基本特点,以襄阳市护城河清淤工程为例,分析了工程实施中的几大难点,主要体现在施工影响的控制、按期履约、二次污染的防治以及淤泥的消纳4个方面。针对这四大难题,工程中一是通过针对性措施,将工程施工影响降至最低限度;二是通过日均6000m3的绞吸清淤加工厂化模式的淤泥处置,实现按期履约;三是通过环保绞吸头的运用、超磁分离一体化设备的运用及专业化淤泥调理药剂的运用,成功防治了施工中潜在的二次污染风险;四是通过泥饼外运作土壤改良土和外运填埋并用,成功解决工程淤泥消纳难题,同时也通过淤泥资源化中试试验,开发出了泥饼生产工程土和园林绿化土两大工艺副产品,为淤泥的多途径综合利用打下坚实基础。
In view of the fact that there are few implementation cases of environmental protection dredging projects in environmentally sensitive areas in China,and the lack of similar project implementation experience,this paper analyzes several difficulties in the implementation of the project based on the basic characteristics of environmental protection dredging projects in environmentally sensitive areas,which are mainly reflected in four aspects:the control of construction impact,the performance on schedule,the prevention and control of secondary pollution and the absorption of sludge.In order to solve these four problems,the first is to minimize the impact of construction through targeted measures;the second is to achieve timely performance through sludge disposal of 6000 m 3 per day warping and dredging processing plant mode;the third is to successfully prevent and control the potential in construction through the application of environmental protection warping and suction head,the application of integrated equipment of super magnetic separation and the application of specialized sludge conditioning agent at the risk of secondary pollution;the fourth is to successfully solve the problem of silt absorption by using mud cake as soil improvement and transport to landfill.At the same time,through the pilot test of sludge recycling,two technological products of mud cake production engineering soil and landscaping soil have been developed,laying a solid foundation for the multi-channel comprehensive utilization of mud.
