摘要
基于探索新型环保材料对绿色包装的研发至关重要,研究考察了3-羟基丁酸酯和3-羟基戊酸酯共聚物(PHBV)和聚乳酸(PLA)的结构、物理性能,并对PHBV添加增链剂前后,PLA的生物降解机理进行了分析。结果表明:PHBV的物理性能可与传统塑料(PP和LDPE)相媲美,但PLA材质需与增链剂共混才可增强材料的韧性,增链剂可以促进PLA聚合物中链的交联反应,环氧基基团和羧基基团的氧化反应,末端的羧基能团促进水解反应。对物理性能可达到传统塑料膜性能的可生物降解PLA复合材料仍需探索。
The exploration of environmental materials is very important.The physical properties,structure,infrared spectroscopy of polyhydroxylbutyrate valerate(PHBV)and poly lactic acid(PLA)were analyzed.The results showed that the physical properties of PHBV were equal or superior to the PP and LDPE.However,PLA should be mixed with chain extension to enhance the tenacity.The biodegradation of PLA process can be auto-catalyzed by terminal carboxilic groups and it follows a first order kinetic,which is influenced by the starting cristallinity,the sample width and shape.The physical properties of PLA still need to be improved.
